Baz has been training me for 3-4 months. We started off evaluating my level of strength and fitness over the first few weeks and have gradually worked towards consistent/challenging workouts. I also have a long-term back issue so all the sessions have been tailored to ensure I get a good workout without risking further injury. All this has been done with Baz bringing workout equipment to me in his van (workout bench, weights etc) so I don’t have to travel and can workout in the comfort of my garden, and now small workout space in my garage, since it has become darker/colder. I would highly recommend Baz to anyone looking for a PT that wants that 1:1 experience and tailored approach.

He is patient and kind and it didn’t matter that I was very unfit at the start! Baz is a brilliant PT and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for one-to-one coaching. He carries out an initial assessment where he establishes your goals/ desired outcomes, and then helps with getting a plan in place. My wife and I have been working out with Baz for several months and we think he is fantastic. We have used several different trainers over the years but think that Baz is far superior to any of the others we had before moving to Hampshire. He assesses your strength and fitness levels and plans accordingly. A lot of trainers we had in London wanted us to “smash it out” and this is definitely not Baz’s style. I would 100% recommend him.

He went through my vital statistics plus training plan and developed a clear daily consumption plan.
